Integrative Wellness Coaching uses a collaborative approach that supports a coaching partner as they make sustainable changes to improve their health and well-being. It acknowledges the connection between mind, body, and spirit; the coaching partner’s natural ability to heal; and emphasizes self-care. The goal is to empower a coaching partner to decide how they want to enhance their well-being and figure out the steps that they want to take to reach their personal wellness goals. It focuses on the whole person, highlighting strengths, resilience, and self-discovery. Integrative Wellness Coaching isn’t about diagnosing or treating—it’s about helping the coaching partner create their own sustainable path to wellness. If you are feeling “out of balance”—Integrative Wellness Coaching provides support as you identify your health focus and next steps. It’s more than just striving towards goals—it’s about supporting people in living with balance, purpose, and joy in a way that works for them.

Interested in learning more or scheduling a session?
Typically, a minimum of two to four sessions provides sufficient goal support. More sessions may be scheduled as desired.
Cost - $75 USD per session.
Initial session may be 60 to 75 minutes, subsequent sessions are 60 minutes. Sessions are conducted via video or phone.
Payments are required prior to each session and are accepted via Zelle or Venmo.
